  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions
