Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 pounds baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1/4 cup pork rub (brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder mix)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the baby back ribs, removing excess fat or silver skin.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil with the pork rub to form a paste. Apply generously on both sides of the ribs.
  3. Wrap seasoned ribs in plastic wrap or foil and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
  4. Preheat your grill to medium heat (300°F).
  5. Place ribs bone-side down on the cooler side of the grill. Close the lid and cook slowly for about 2 hours.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce over both sides of the ribs; move them to direct heat for an additional 10 minutes per side until caramelized.
  7. Drizzle with honey before serving.
