  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup vegan marshmallows

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted coconut oil until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Melt dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals (about 20 seconds), stirring frequently until smooth.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the graham cracker crust, then sprinkle vegan marshmallows on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and slightly puffed.
