Grapefruit agua fresca is the perfect thirst-quencher for warm days, combining the tangy sweetness of fresh grapefruit with a refreshing splash of water.

- 4 large ripe grapefruits (about 2 cups juice)
- 4 cups cold water
- 2–4 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (to taste)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Juice the grapefruits until you have about 2 cups of juice. Strain to remove pulp if desired.
- In a blender, combine grapefruit juice and 4 cups of cold water. Adjust water for desired flavor strength.
- Add agave syrup or honey and blend until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Mix in freshly squeezed lime juice and blend again.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished with mint leaves or grapefruit slices.
