Baking soda: Baking soda is a very gentle way to remove crayon and other stains. Make a thin paste with baking soda and water, and rub it gently into the surface. This is great for walls, wood tables, kitchen countertops, wallpaper and even clothing!

Mayonnaise: Mayo isn’t just great for salads and sandwiches; it’s also great for removing wax from Hard, sealed surfaces. Try a little mayonnaise for the crayon marks on your tables and countertops. Just let it sit for about ten minutes on the crayon before wipe off. It takes almost no effort.

Soapy water: If you kid doodled on the silverware or other metal surface, you can wipe it down easily with a little warm, soapy water.

Alcohol: Alcohol is great at removing stains. Try one part vodka to two parts water, or one part isopropyl alcohol to three parts water. The alcohol should remove crayon from carpets and other durable fabrics.  Hand sanitizer works as well!

Toothpaste: If you have non-gel toothpaste laying around, it’s great for getting crayon from the walls. Grab an old toothbrush, and a little bit of warm water and a rag. Scrub at the walls gently with the toothbrush and toothpaste, then wipe clean with the water and rag. Good as new!

WD-40: Not just awesome for squeaky doors, WD-40 can get crayon off of your furniture, walls, clothes, and almost anything else!
